In the past ten years, we have delivered over twelve hundred candidates into the workforce. More than 120 employers - including Bank of England, State Street, UBS, Royal Bank of Canada, Commerzbank - have used The Brokerage to help meet their diversity goals and recruitment needs.
We provide our candidates with CV workshops, 'work ready' preparation, interview technique skills, pre-interview and selection centre briefings so they are as prepared as anyone for the recruitment processes.
Since 2001, we have delivered the City of London Corporation's flagship employability programme. The award-winning programme gives state-educated ambisious and talented young residents from City-fringe boroughs the chance to undertake paid internships with City employers.
We reach out to state schools and colleges from inner London and engage high-achieving and motivated students from the state sector. In doing so, City firms are introduced to an untapped and diverse talent pool of competent young people.
The programme helps employers to achieve their Corporate Social Responsibility goals, as well as increase diversity and equality initiatives in an effective and cost efficient way, and provides employers with access to the next generation of exciting young City professionals.
The programme is fully funded by the City of London Corporation, and aside from the trainee's wage and any training provided to them, participation in this programme is completely free.
"Beulah has been a great support to the Community Affairs team. She has been asked to understake a variety of roles and has done so willingly and is not afraid to put forward suggestions" UBS
"Hameedat conducted herself in a very professional manner, asking for help and support where appropriate and using her own initiative when required to do so - we have been very impressed." Marsh

For a small fee, we help employers fill high calibre roles for apprenticeships and school leaver jobs - all registered candidates of post A level school leavers have previously participated in our programmes.
We can also help you to find talented graduates from our Alumni Network - candidates who have particpated in internship programmes post A level and then go on to study at university.
To discuss your company's needs, please contact Melissa on 020 7628 9904.
We also fill any kind of paid internships which you may have available, providing an opportunity to a young person without the connections or networks of more priviledged young people.
