Since 2001, we have delivered the City of London Corporation's flagship employability programme. The award-winning programme gives state-educated ambitious and talented young residents from City-fringe boroughs the chance to undertake paid internships with City employers.
We reach out to state schools and colleges from inner London and engage high-achieving and motivated students from the state sector. In doing so, City firms are introduced to an untapped and diverse talent pool of competent young people.
The programme helps employers to achieve their Corporate Social Responsibility goals, as well as increase diversity and equality initiatives in an effective and cost efficient way, and provides employers with access to the next generation of exciting young City professionals.
The programme is fully funded by the City of London Corporation, and aside from the trainee's wage and any training provided to them, participation in this programme is completely free.
