The Brokerage narrowly misses out on Lord Mayor's Dragon Award

Shortlisted for the prestigious Lord Mayor's Dragon Awards, the Brokerage attended the Dragon Awards Dinner at Mansion House, together with our Community Partner, State Street.

Sadly, we did not win on this occasion, but are pleased for the London Wildlife Trust and its work with the Mace Foundation for winning in this category. We are delighted to have been shortlisted, and are proud of the success of Continuum, our mentoring programme with senior staff from State Street. To date, 103 employees have volunteered to help 118 young people. Of the 33 participants in 2012, 27 now work in their desired field at companies including State Street, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Rolls Royce.

Bridget Gardiner, the Brokerage's Executive Director, together with Patrice Thompson, a Brokerage alumni in permanent employment at State Street, and Sharon Auger, Assistant Vice President, Corporate Citizenship at State Street attended the dinner and awards ceremony at Mansion House.
