What sort of roles will they be able to fill?Generally we are looking for entry level positions across a variety of roles and contract terms. We provide students for full time trainee positions as well as for gap year positions or as temporary staff. What is the benefit to you?High calibre staff coming in to your business at a fraction of the usual recruitment cost. We will usually charge £500 for a placed full time employee. We are happy to discuss this with you, focussing on your needs. What sort of candidates will you have access to?All of the candidates have good GCSEs (minimum grade C in English and Maths) and strong A levels. They have a genuine interest in the financial services and because of the other programmes that we run, will often already have some relevant experience. What is the benefit to the candidates?Access to a range of job opportunities that they otherwise would not necessarily have known about. |
