The Charles Russell Speechlys Career Start Programme is designed to provide an introduction of the legal sector to young people and equip them with the relevant developmental skills for a career in business. The programme is aimed at Year 12 Students who are committed to fulfilling their potential alongside support from Charles Russell Speechlys.

Career Start Mentoring
The version of the Career Start Programme you are applying to will start with a mentoring scheme. The mentoring scheme will give you the opportunity to work one to one with a professional from Charles Russell Speechlys.
