For 30 years, The Brokerage Charity has been a catalyst for change, empowering young people from under-represented backgrounds to access professional careers and supporting employers to cultivate inclusive workplaces. Through our programmes, we’ve transformed thousands of lives and helped businesses unlock the full potential of diverse talent.

What is DIVERSE TALENT?
To participate in The Brokerage programme, candidates must be from lower socioeconomic (i.e. ‘working class’) backgrounds. In addition, 94% are from ethnic minority backgrounds, and there is a 50/50 gender split.
