“Commerzbank has worked with The Brokerage since 2003 to help source candidates. We use The Brokerage for our vocational training recruitment to ensure we have a diverse range of educational backgrounds within the bank. Opportunities are available to join as a school-leaver and study towards a degree whilst working at the bank. Since 2003, 70 trainees have been hired and 34 of them are still at Commerzbank.
