How we have helped

The 2017 Impact Report highlights our work connecting young Londoners with employers. In the extract below, we explain our mission and the progress we've made towards meeting the 5 aims of our 3-year plan...

Our mission is to work with young people to raise aspirations, create access and provide opportunities within financial, professional and related services to achieve diversity in the workplace.

Research suggests that the more interactions young people have with employers, the more likely they are to be successful in the world of work (Anthony Mann, 2014). To this end, we work in partnership with leading London businesses to provide experiences and paid work for state-educated young people, helping them to compete for jobs on a level playing field.
