The Brokerage raises £22,000 towards Employability Skills Advice Service
14 Dec 16

We are delighted to announce that The Brokerage has raised a fantastic £22,007 through the Big Give Christmas Challenge exceeding our target of £20,000!

The challenge, which ran from midday Tuesday 29th - midday Tuesday 6th December, is the UK’s biggest online match funding campaign, helping UK-registered charities raise funds for their cause.

Employabiliy service

The money raised through this challenge will go towards our 2017 Employability Skills Advice Service, a free service for young Londoners at state schools seeking advice or support regarding accessing career opportunities in professional, financial and related services.

We were thrilled to be selected for the challenge this year and extremely grateful to the EQ Foundation, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Clifford Chance, TheCityUK and Tokio Marine Kiln for pledging their support, totalling £10,000.

In order to release this £10,000, we had to receive an additional £10,000 through online contributions.

We’re grateful to Barnett Waddingham, CFC Underwriting, CMS, Cooley, Fidelis, Liberty Specialist Markets, Markel, Sapphire Systems and Tindall Riley along with many of our alumni and individual supporters who gave, enabling us to reach our target!

The Big Give
A massive thank you to everyone who donated, shared and sent well wishes - we really couldn’t have done it without you!
