The Worshipful Company of Insurers and Cass Business School MSc scholarship scheme is open for applications for the academic year 2020/2021. Under the scheme, two students will have their fees met in full.
The MSc in Insurance and Risk Management at Cass is one of the industry’s most respected qualifications and widely recognised as a way of students demonstrating their commitment to the sector. It also provides significant credits towards the ACII – the core insurance qualification assessed by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
This scheme is open to all students with preference given to candidates who have attended state, free or academy schools in the UK, in line with the aims of this Sponsorship. Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need, will have been active in their local community, and be able to explain how the MSc will complement their career plans. Students predicted to achieve a minimun of 2.1 OR be a recent graduate with a minimum of a 2.1.
The MSc is largely a taught course, although it includes a dissertation requirement.
There is a two-stage application process which begins with an application to the WCI. The deadline for submitting this application for the upcoming academic year has been extended to 31 August 2020.
