The benefits to our candidates

Our young people tell us that without our support they would not have the confidence, the opportunities and skills development that our programmes and placements provide.

Alumni of our programmes are now working in professional roles across the City. Their job titles include Directors, Associate Directors, Senior Analysts and many more.

The benefits to our partners

Our partners see multiple impact benefits, from the benefits of recruiting diverse, motivated young people who think differently, through to volunteering staff who cherish the opportunity to make an impact to young people.

For nearly 25 years we have helped companies connect with their future work force, helping them to hire school leavers and apprentices, and recruit interns and work experience students.

We have helped professionals to volunteer, either at one-off insight events or through in-depth mentoring programmes. Volunteers have important insights to share, which helps our young people learn about their future careers. Volunteering is also a great way for staff to connect with their local community and give something back.
