Bridget Gardiner, Executive director
Bridget’s career spans the private, public and voluntary sectors. She joined The Brokerage in January 2015 as executive director and is responsible for strategic and business planning, profile and awareness raising and income generation. She is passionate about changing lives and says that one of the best things about her job is seeing how, given the right support, a shy young person can quickly transform into a confident professional.
Melissa Lucien, Head of programmes
Melissa has worked for The Brokerage since 2002. As head of programmes, she manages the overall delivery of our education and talent development initiatives, working closely with corporate partners to create bespoke programmes for non-advantaged Londoners. A highlight of her role is hearing from former candidates who are ready to give the next generation of candidates from The Brokerage opportunities in their business.
Rosa Morgan-Baker, Head of Partnerships
Rosa has been with The Brokerage since October 2012. After managing a range of programmes on our education team, she joined the senior management team in October 2015 and was made head of partnerships and income generation in April 2016. She works closely with companies to help ensure their recruitment programmes attract and support young people from non-advantaged backgrounds. Rosa studied psychology at the University of Sussex.
