The roleRuffer are looking to hire enthusiastic Trainee Operations Analysts that will initially work in one of the teams in the Operations department. There will be the opportunity to rotate between various teams and gain valuable experience. The Vocational Trainee scheme is very similar to an apprenticeship, as it will allow the candidate to mix work and study towards a Higher National Diploma and successful candidates will be given the opportunity to study towards a degree in a business related area. All tuition fees will be fully funded by Ruffer on top of your salary. You will initially be hired on a two year contact, and this will be extended to a permanent contract if you are successful in the role. Key responsibilities: Setting up new clients on the system Client amendments to static data Trade processing Central Trade Management (CTM) – trade matching Dividend processing – UK and foreign markets Stock reconciliations Cover on all teams in Operations Anything else that may be reasonably requested Personal skills, knowledge and talents required: Aptitude and talents Good communication skills (both written and oral) Enthusiastic, can do attitude Friendly and approachable Driven and flexible in working practices Skills and experience On track for 120 UCAS points/BBB grades at A Level or equivalent– Minimum grade of 5 or B for maths and English GCSE To apply Please email Kieron Lock [email protected] to find out how to apply.
