The Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme is an award-winning programme run in partnership with engineering employers, which aims to increase the transition of engineering graduates from diverse backgrounds into engineering employment.

Lloyd’s London became the vibrant epicentre aimed at bridging young talents with promising careers in insurance as CFC Insurance, in collaboration with The Brokerage and the Next Generation Insurance Network (NGIN), organised a dynamic networking event.

The Brokerage proudly managed and hosted the GEEP (Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme) event this week, bringing together a diverse and enthusiastic group of candidates from across the UK, including Scotland, the Midlands, and Wales. The event held in collaboration with Royal Academy of Engineering at the Royal Society of Arts, was a remarkable opportunity for budding engineers to hone their skills and gain valuable industry insights.
