What is the Next Gen Talent Network?
The Talent Network Hub is a free membership space for young people aged 16–25 who are ready to explore their future career. Whether you’re looking for paid work experience, internships, entry-level roles — or a place on our Next Gen Talent Career Programme — this is where it all starts.
We connect you with real opportunities at leading companies who care about diversity, social mobility and making meaningful early career experiences for you .
How it works
The Talent Network Platform hosts job opportunities, resources, work experience, internships, apprenticeships and early career networking days that connect your talent with leading employers.
Sign up and become part of a community of ambitious, diverse, like-minded young people taking their next steps into the professional world.
Once you have signed up, you will have access to a hub of resources, see industry networking opportunities and also a chance to apply to join the Next Gen Talent Career Programme if it’s open and the right fit for you, with 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and development built in.
