Who are our young leaders?

Our Young Leaders are candidates who are selected as stand-out, driven individuals committed to taking their early career journey to the next level. Attending networking events and consistently looking to upskill at every opportunity.

What DO THEY DO?

Our Young Leaders support new candidates, take part in networking events and guide new candidates by sharing their experiences.

  • Young Leaders become role models to The Talent Network, becoming advocates of the resources and opportunities on offer.

  • Young Leaders actively participate in early career skill-building sessions, which are in addition to the Talent Network pool.

How to become a
young leader?

To become a Young Leader, you must first be part of The Talent Network. From there, candidates who demonstrate a passion for fast tracking their early career journey to the next level have the chance to apply.
