What DO THEY DO?

Our Alumni are instrumental to the work we do with partners. They lead changemaker initiatives, and share their lived experiences through mentoring, masterclasses, and corporate engagement.

Senior Young Leaders mentor new candidates, guiding them as they begin their journey and helping them transition into their own leadership roles.
Young Leaders actively participate in Reverse Mentoring, Focus Groups, and deliver Expert Talks to share their lived experiences and insights on diversity and inclusion.
They host in-person and virtual masterclasses, bringing valuable perspectives to current candidates and corporate partners.
