1-1 Coaching
This is not just a programme for people who want to work in property. Any student who is interested in subjects such as finance and business, sustainability and ESG, marketing and communications, law and contracts, technology and data, project management and development, design and architecture, community engagement, etc. can find a career path through this programme as our property sector needs talent from all these subject areas.
The programme offers:
Employability skills coaching - insight into different skills such as finance, tech, data, sustainability, marketing, community engagement, etc. and how they can be utilised to find a career in property sector, CV writing, cover letters, interview technique, assessment centre preparation, and professional communication, all delivered by experienced coaches
A Mock Assessment Centre with real employer feedback so students improve their communication skills and personal branding
A live careers panel with professionals from different Tier 1 property companies, sharing what their career journeys actually looked like
Networking opportunities with working professionals
One-to-one coaching to help each student identify, apply for, and secure their first paid role or placement
