The Brokerage are working with our corporate partners at Fitch Ratings to offer OUTSTANDING opportunities in Manchester for 18 - 22 year olds NOT attending university!
The Fitch Elevate Programme consists of 6-month PAID internships starting in February 2026 in Manchester.
The Fitch Elevate program is a 6-month internship for non-university-path individuals aged 18-22 designed to accelerate your career. You’ll dive into real projects from day one, gaining hands-on experience in the role while following a structured learning and development curriculum. Expect a blend of on-the-job impact and classroom-style training led by industry professionals. Placements will be based in Manchester and support a variety of teams. (We do not have London application links)
