About the Internship
As an Asset Management Intern, you’ll gain real insight into how commercial property portfolios are managed and perform.
Over 6 weeks, you will:
Work on live projects within a major real estate portfolio
Support marketing and leasing activity
Analyse performance data and market trends
Gain exposure to ESG and sustainability in property
Attend site visits and work alongside industry professionals
Complete a final project to showcase your learning
This is practical, hands-on experience designed to build your confidence and commercial awareness.

Who Should Apply?

Curious about how businesses and cities operate
Interested in real estate, property, or commercial environments
Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
Strong communicators with attention to detail
Open to:
Post-16 students
Undergraduates
Gap year students
Graduates / postgraduates (role dependent)
From a lower socio-economic background
🚗 Driving Licence: While a driving licence may be preferred for some locations, this is not always a strict requirement. Strong candidates without one are still encouraged to apply.
