Who Can Apply?
This programme is exclusively for young people living in Westminster with a Westminster postcode.
You should be:
Aged 17–25
Living in a Westminster postcode (essential)
From a lower socioeconomic background
Motivated to start a professional career in property or asset management
Looking to build your confidence, skills and network
Ready to secure your first placement or role in 2026

What the programme consists of:
This is not just a series of workshops — it’s a structured career programme designed to move you forward.
You’ll receive:
Bespoke support applying for internships and placements
1:1 career coaching tailored to your goals
Direct insight from professionals across the property industry
Opportunities to build your professional network
Access to real employers and live opportunities
You’ll learn directly from industry professionals across a range of roles, helping you understand what working in property is really like — and how to get in.
