The property industry shapes the world around us — from the homes we live in to the offices, shops and spaces we use every day.


Careers in this sector are varied, fast-paced and full of opportunity, including roles in:

This programme is your chance to explore these careers first-hand and understand where you could fit in.


Who Can Apply?


This programme is exclusively for young people living in Westminster with a Westminster postcode.


You should be:

  • Aged 17–25

  • Living in a Westminster postcode (essential)

  • From a lower socioeconomic background

  • Motivated to start a professional career in property or asset management 

  • Looking to build your confidence, skills and network

  • Ready to secure your first placement or role in 2026 

We’re not looking for perfect grades. We’re looking for drive, curiosity and commitment.

What the programme consists of:


This is not just a series of workshops — it’s a structured career programme designed to move you forward.


You’ll receive:


  • Bespoke support applying for internships and placements

  • 1:1 career coaching tailored to your goals

  • Direct insight from professionals across the property industry

  • Opportunities to build your professional network 

  • Access to real employers and live opportunities


You’ll learn directly from industry professionals across a range of roles, helping you understand what working in property is really like — and how to get in.


What You’ll Learn


Across the programme, you’ll build the skills needed to succeed in a professional environment:


  • Understanding your strengths and career goals

  • Exploring roles in the property industry

  • Learning how to apply for jobs and stand out

  • Gaining experience of assessment centres

  • Developing confidence to perform in the workplace

The programme includes 5 sessions (a mix of online and in-person):

  • Thursday 2 July | 17:00 – 18:00

    Programme Onboarding (Online)

  • Wednesday 8 July | 16:30 – 18:00

    Building Self-Awareness (In Person)

  • Thursday 16 July | 16:30 – 18:00

    Understanding the Job (Online)

  • Wednesday 5 August | 09:00 – 16:00

    Getting the Job (In Person)

  • Wednesday 12 August | 10:00 – 14:00

    Stage 1 Assessment Centre (In Person)

  • Wednesday 2 September | 16:30 – 19:00

    Performing in the Job (In Person)


📍 All in-person sessions take place at corporate partner offices across London.


Ongoing Support


After completing the programme, you’ll continue to receive:

  • 1:1 online career coaching at times that suit you

  • Ongoing support to help you secure your first role, apprenticeship or internship 

  • Access to opportunities through The Brokerage Talent Network
