We provide employers with the advice and the means to engage with local communities and access local talent.
What we do
Our vision is that all young Londoners, regardless of background, will have the understanding, skills and confidence to make the most of the career opportunities in the City.

There are a variety of reasons young people are starting to consider alternatives to higher education - and we’re pleased to be able to offer some unique and exciting opportunities to those that can’t wait to start their careers.
Autumn 2012 saw the birth of the Pathways to the City Programme, an initiative funded by UBS which seeks to tackle the issue of social mobility and raise the aspirations of young students in the borough of Hackney.
