We are an independent not-for-profit organisation working in partnership with City employers to create a pathway to the City for young residents of London’s inner-city boroughs.

Through our work with local schools and colleges we enable City firms to engage with students from 14 - 18 years old with a view to raising their future career aspirations. Through our internships and direct hire programmes we enable employers to gain access to a diverse group of talented young people.

Book now for Working in the City 2011/12

The Schools Workshops team are now taking bookings for this year's Working in the City programme. Offering thousands of young people from inner-London the chance to visit two top businesses in the City, Canary Wharf or the West End, meet City professionals and discover what it takes to be a success in business and finance.
