We are an independent charity providing young people in London with a 'Pathway' of opportunities into employment, working in partnership with employers, schools and volunteers at every stage

We provide employers with the advice and the means to engage with local communities and access local talent.

What we do

Our vision is that all young Londoners, regardless of background, will have the understanding, skills and confidence to make the most of the career opportunities in the City.

Hello Hackney: New Pathways to the City Programme off to a flying start

Autumn 2012 saw the birth of the Pathways to the City Programme, an initiative funded by UBS which seeks to tackle the issue of social mobility and raise the aspirations of young students in the borough of Hackney.

The Brokerage is an independent charity working in partnership with employers in business and finance to create a Pathway into employment for young inner London residents.
