Brokerage Young Leaders 2023/2024

Welcome to our new cohort of Brokerage Young Leaders for 2023/2024.

The Brokerage 3-stage Young Leader programme is dedicated to developing and nurturing our most driven, aspirational, and advanced candidates who are determined to make a positive change in the corporate world, making it more diverse, equitable and inclusive, all whilst developing themselves into changemakers and the leaders of tomorrow.

Not only do our Young Leaders play a key role giving back to our candidates by supporting us with our candidate-facing work, but also play an active role in helping to transform the corporate world through their engagement in our changemaker services including Reverse Mentoring, corporate facing Focus Groups and delivering Expert Talks based on their lived experiences.
