The Brokerage announces partnership with Quilter Foundation

Social mobility through partnership

The Brokerage are excited to announce that we will be partnering with the Quilter Foundation. This three year partnership will enable us to work together with Quilter foundation to increase social mobility into the city.

Our CEO, Sarah Devonport, said: “The Brokerage are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Quilter Foundation, enabling further expansion of our Pathway to the City programme. A unique initiative designed to empower and connect working class young people aged 16-25, to careers in the City.

We firmly believe that collaboration is the key to unlocking opportunities and creating lasting change. This partnership will enable The Brokerage to leverage the immense value of Quilter Foundations resources and people. Together, we will work to address the barriers that exist for talented young people from working class backgrounds to build their careers in the Financial Services and Professional Services sectors.”

  • The team at The Brokerage have put together a very well thought out programme. They have even asked students to trial their content and have taken our thoughts into their consideration. All the modules will be really helpful to me because they target exactly what I am not sure about such as how to write a good CV and cover letter, and how to use LinkedIn most effectively. I think this has been a very beneficial opportunity to me; I can’t wait to start the programme!
