We work closely with all our partners. It’s an ongoing, dynamic relationship of trust and transparency, as we navigate under-resourced young people through the workplace recruitment processes. We support both parties in breaking down barriers and embedding work cultures that are equitable and inclusive.

Partners not only offer internships, work experience, and placements, which are fundamental to our candidates for the Brokerage, but they also provide critical opportunities for young people to gain real-world experience, develop professional skills, and access career pathways that might otherwise be unavailable. These partnerships enable The Brokerage to fulfill its mission of improving social mobility by bridging the gap between education and employment, particularly for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
