Want to be a Brokerage Young Leader? APPLY NOW!

Calling all aspiring Changemakers! Are you ready to make a difference in the corporate world to make it more equitable, inclusive, and accessible for people from minoritised backgrounds, whilst unlocking your own full potential? Look no further – we’re recruiting our next cohort of Young Leaders!

🌎 What is our Young Leaders programme?
Our Young Leaders Programme is Stage 4 of your Brokerage journey. That’s right.  If you’re a Brokerage Advanced candidate looking to take the next step in developing yourself as a professional whilst making positive change for others, this programme is for you.

💼 How does the programme work?
The Young Leaders programme is a 3-step programme that will develop you into the leaders of tomorrow.

🎯 In Stage 1, you’ll gain foundational training from our friends and partners at The Brokerage. Topics include: public speaking, personal branding, how to influence and create change, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

🎯 Once you progress to Stage 2, you’ll activate your leadership skills by taking part in our Changemaker work, this means you’ll get the opportunity to work directly with our partners through interventions such as reverse mentoring, focus groups, workshops, and public speaking engagements. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead our A-Z Talks Podcast including interviewing our partners and editing episodes. Finally, you’ll be able design and deliver your own online masterclasses, and support us with our outreach initiatives.

🎯 Once you’ve been a Young Leader for more than a year and engaged with the programme, you’ll enter Stage 3 of the programme. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to facilitate, design and deliver your own, in-person masterclasses in collaboration with our corporate partners at their offices. You’ll also have access to contributing to our new Youth Council, giving you the opportunity to present ideas and issues to our Board and the ability to ‘mentor’ a young leader in Stage 1 of the programme. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, you can sign up here.

Deadline for applications is 25 July 2023 at 11 pm.

We look forward to receiving your applications!
