We are here to help disadvantaged young people aged 16-25, learn about professional careers found in the City, including banking and finance, insurance, law and technology. Traditionally a large aspect of our work has involved reaching out to schools and talking to young people about how we can help develop their skills and offer opportunities with aspirational employers.
We can help your students learn about careers in our partner companies, develop their soft skills and learn about the recruitment methods companies use.

1. Advise your students to register with us
Registered candidates get access to our Academy. This includes our internships, work experience and work placements. It also includes online and face to face masterclasses, bootcamps and mentoring programmes.
