Access Opportunities

Find out more about career education for your 6th form students.

Welcome to The Brokerage!

We are here to help disadvantaged young people aged 16-25, learn about professional careers found in the City, including banking and finance, insurance and technology. Traditionally a large aspect of our work has involved reaching out to schools and talking to young people about how we can help develop their skills and offer opportunities with aspirational employers.

We continue to develop an exciting range of ways we can still reach young people and support teachers deliver on key aspects of career education.

We can help your students learn about careers in our partner companies, develop their soft skills, and learn about the recruitment methods companies use.

Furthermore, young people can register with us as candidates and access exclusive work experience and internship opportunities.

  • The Lloyd’s IntoWork Mentoring programme could not have picked a more suited pair to work together. We learnt a lot from each other over the months of the programme and have since established a firm friendship that has and will continue to extend into the future.
