The Brokerage Appoints New Chair of Trustees as We Celebrate 30 Years of Impact.
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Carole Ditty as the new Chair of Trustees at The Brokerage. Carole joins us at a significant moment – our 30th anniversary – a milestone that reflects three decades of championing social mobility, inclusion, and equal access to professional careers.
Carole brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to social mobility. Reflecting on her new role, she shares:
“I’m delighted to be appointed Trustee and Chair of The Brokerage. Social mobility and inclusion have been important areas of focus for me throughout my career, and I’m looking forward to bringing my skills and experience to support the excellent work of The Brokerage. I’m especially pleased that I take up my new role as The Brokerage celebrates its 30th anniversary – this also marked the year when I began my professional career as a trainee solicitor in the City.”
As we welcome Carole, we extend our deepest gratitude to Philip Grant, Liveryman, Worshipful Company of Insurers, who has chaired The Brokerage since March 2018. Under Philip’s leadership, we have strengthened our partnerships, expanded our reach, and deepened our impact.
