Exploring risk with the Financial Services Group of Livery Companies

The evening of Monday 15th October was all about ‘Rethinking Reputational Risk’ as we attended the Financial Services Group of Livery Companies’ annual lecture.

Delighted to have been chosen as a beneficiary of the proceeds from the event, due to the common goals we share with the FSG, the evening was a unique opportunity to showcase our charity and the work we do within financial and professional services.

Held at Schroders, the lecture provided the City’s professionals with insight to the root causes of reputational damage, with the Chairman of Reputability LLP, Anthony Fitzsimmons, highlighting key examples of where companies have got it right and areas where there is still need for improvement.

We were joined at the event by our alumni members, Alexandra Galviz, Ellen Lu and Maria Baez, who networked like true professionals, telling of their journeys and connections to The Brokerage.

With over 100 executives from financial services companies present, what better way to build their network?

Many thanks to the Financial Services Group of Livery Companies for all their support!

  • The team at The Brokerage have put together a very well thought out programme. They have even asked students to trial their content and have taken our thoughts into their consideration. All the modules will be really helpful to me because they target exactly what I am not sure about such as how to write a good CV and cover letter, and how to use LinkedIn most effectively. I think this has been a very beneficial opportunity to me; I can’t wait to start the programme!
