Rosa has been with The Brokerage since October 2012. After managing a range of programmes on our education team, she joined the senior management team in October 2015 and was made head of partnerships and income generation in April 2016. She works closely with companies to help ensure their recruitment programmes attract and support young people from non-advantaged backgrounds. Rosa studied psychology at the University of Sussex.
