Mentoring programmes

Our undergraduate mentoring programmes offer you the chance to develop your skill set by working one-to-one with a mentor from a top London company in financial, professional or related services.

Mentors and mentees work through a series of structured meetings, covering different skills such as goal-setting, interview technique and presenting to a professional audience.

Lloyd’s IntoWork Mentoring Programme

Undergraduates are matched with a mentor from the Lloyd’s insurance market. The programme typically has 30 mentoring pairs each year.

This mentoring programme helps ambitious female undergraduates to make the most of opportunities in the business world.

The programme has a two-tier structure, with undergraduates mentored by mid-level executives at State Street and Citi, who in turn receive mentoring from senior executives from the other organisation.
